Greetings from Toruń, Poland!
I have been coordinating the Erasmus+ program at my Polish university for many years.
However, one thing I remembered from the very beginning.
Every time my students returned from studies or internship and I asked them what they remembered most, one answer dominated the number one list: food.
I don’t think anything brings the Erasmus community closer than eating together.
This is why the pandemic period was so difficult for us. This great positive of the Erasmus+ program has been lost somewhere in the context of the lockdown.
This is why the RIPEC project turned out to be so important, for which I thank you!
Best wishes!
Thank you, Krystian, for your post!
Exactly – food connects! A lot is solved during a good breakfast or lunch, everyone is in a good/better mood and everything just sort of goes by itself!
We look forward to meeting our RIPEC team again and having something tasty together! 🙂
